- Entrants must be over 18 years old and must hold a valid passport with any necessary visas.
- The employees of Imaginative Traveller, and associated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the competition are not permitted to enter.
- The "How to Enter" section forms part of the Terms and Conditions. No purchase is necessary.
- The £50 voucher is redeemable against the land-only price of an Imaginative Traveller Tour. The voucher is not redeemable against any extras including flights, insurance, transfers, additional accommodation or visas. The voucher has no monetary value and must be redeemed against a new booking.
- The £50 voucher must be redeemed before August 31st, 2010 for travel in 2011.
- The voucher cannot be used alongside any other offer
- There is no cash or other alternative
- The voucher is non-transferable and non-negotiable and is subject to availability.
- All information received will be become the property of the Promoter. We are registered under the UK Data Protection Act.
- Imaginative Traveller reserves the right to withdraw the voucher as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
