Cosmoploitan Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion.
3. All entries must be received by 31st August 2010
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
5. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
6. Entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
5. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. All correctly completed eligible entries will be entered into the Promotion. A random drawing will be held on 01st September 2010. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Promoter related to this Promotion are final and binding, without right of appeal.
7. There is one (1) prize. The prize is an Imaginative Traveller voucher worth £500. The voucher is valid for one Imaginative Traveller tour only and can be redemmed against a package of the tour/flight for a maximum of two people. If the value of the package is less than the voucher, this cannot be exchanged into cash or used on any other tour. It can be redemmed on an Imaginative Traveller trip of one or more travellers as part payment for a tour.
8. The voucher cannot be redeemed against tailor-made tours, add-ons and extension trips, international and local airfares (including required local airfares for applicable tours), permits, local payments, Commonwealth Games, Delhi hotel surcharge, Galapagos National Park fee or any additional travel arrangements booked in conjunction with the tour such as pre or post-tour accommodation, transfers and travel insurance.
9. All travel and tour arrangements must be made directly through Imaginative Traveller and are subject to Promoter’s approval.
10. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with another Imaginative Traveller promotion, loyalty reward or against an existing booking
