North Africa

Hooded figures in yellow slippers shuffle past ornately tiled facades; in the green shade of a garden a fountain trickles beneath orange trees filled with birdsong; a column of loose-kneed camels passes beneath a moorish gate, heading for the endless expanse of the Sahara; the call to prayer unfurls across the rooftops beneath a deep blue sky, echoing around the city. West Africa

West Africa is a region of extraordinary diversity; stretching from the deserts of Mali to the steamy jungles of Ghana. Southern Africa
