Hi there (JimO).
I am a 2 time previous client of Im-Trav (Turkey and Egypt) and want to use you guys again to go to Africa - probably Kenya/Tanzania/Zanzibar - simply because your trips have been fantastic and I completely trust your company, wherever you operate.
However I have been looking at various other companies in TNT here in London and can see some offering LUDICROUSLY CHEAP safaris/tours etc.
Now whilst the money is not a real big problem, I am curious to hear from you - in hopefully as unbiased a manner as possible - why the big price difference.
Now I maybe just failing to pick up on what's included and what's not with some of these other operators, and maybe your Africa tours have less costs incurred "on the ground" than the others. If that's the case then fine. Just wouldn't mind a bit of clarification.
Thanks for your time.
Max.

Re: Africa and stuff
Hi Max
Thanks for your post. I apologise for the delay in replying.
Unfortunately, without knowing exactly which companies and trips you're referring to, I am unable to provide a reponse to your questions.
However, as you mention, inclusions may be a factor in this. Our trips in Kenya and Tanzania, for example, include almost all meals, and once you've paid your local payment, there are no hidden costs to worry about.
Another factor may be the standard of transport, accommodation, and camping equipment. Although we could offer trips for cheaper, we feel that by doing so we would have to cut a lot of corners, which would ultimately lead to a loss of enjoyment for group members. However, again, without knowing which companies you're referring to, I am unable to give any definitive answers on this topic.
If you have any specific questions about our Africa trips, please feel free to email our online team, at online@imtrav.net.
I hope that this helps.
Regards
Jim O'Brien
