Sleeping mat

I'm booked on the Northern trails tour and was just wondering if any one had any advice on whether I should take my thermarest type sleeping mat with me as well as a sleeping bag.

Obvoiusly I would rather not have to take it but if the alternative is sleeping directly on tent floors I might consider it.

Thanks for any advice.

You will not need to take your mat on this tour and foam mattresses are provided for your for the duration.
