Southern Trails September - temperatures
Hi Maura
Thanks for your post. I had to laugh at your comments about freezing at Uluru as the exact same thing happened to me a few years ago - we slept in swags and woke up in the morning with ice on us!
A website that I always recommend to people when it comes to weather is the BBC one. You can get country guides and break it down for average conditions according to town/city. Here are some links:
Kenya - Naiobi: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT000300
Tanzania - Dar es Salaam: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT000670
Malawi: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/country_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT000360
Zambia - Lusaka: http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT000810
Thie night time temperatures will be the lowest ones. You can also navigate around for descriptions of each country's weather.
I hope this helps you to plan!
Best Regards
Kelly
