Kath - I can't find you on the forum so I can not reply privately.
Clothing - take temple dress, which means you need to cover your knees and your shoulders. Something really thin and light coloured is best. Serongs will do for the bottom.
You will need some sturdy trainers for walking and a day pack.
I can not think of anything else right now but if I do I'll let you know. Any other questions just ask!!
