Inland China

Hi Rob,

I'm booked on this trip as well. I'm 29 and from Scotland. I arrive in Hong Kong on 11th June for a look around before the trip starts. I only booked it last week - can't quite believe its happening! Do you have plans for your days in HK?

Allie :)

Rob,

I'm also on this trip. I'm 30 from London and doing the trip on my own. I arrive in Hong Kong early evening on 10th June.

I don't think that we'll need to take too much stuff with us, just what they recommend on the list. I'll be taking minimal clothing as carrying that about can be a real pain. Take baby wipes and some decent anti-bacterial hand cleaner too. I think we may be in the middle of nowhere for some of it.

I agree the star ferry looks good, and a walk up the peak is also something I'm looking forward to. My friend got stuck out there with the ash cloud a few weeks ago and recommended the night market in Temple street.

Hong Kong

Hi Ross,

I posted a reply on thursday but it's tuesday now and it hasn't appeared- you'll probably get them all at once now!
Meeting up in Hong Kong sounds good.
Its probably best if you email as we'll probably have left by the time we get something organised over the forum! You can get me at: allietait@gmail.com

Cheers
Allie
