The tour finishes in Lijiang and i am wondering what the possiblities are of travelling from there to the panda sanctuary? I would like to do couple nights there if possible before travelling to Hong Kong. Anybody got any experiences of this?

Thank you for your post. Our regional Destination Manager has been in contact and advised that we can help you book the flight from Lijiang to Chengdu, and if you want we can also arrange the hotel in Chengdu. From there, you can visit the Giant Panda Center.
If you want to visit Ya'An Panda Research Center we can help to arrange this or it is also possible for you to reach it by bus.
We can also help with booking flights from Chengdu to Shenzen or Hong Kong, depending on what you want to do.
