Kosher Meals on China Tours?

Hi,

I have a friend who's thinking of coming with us on a China tours. The only issue is that he's Kosher. Would he have a hard time finding meals while we're there (vegetarian would be acceptable).

Many of the tours include several meals a day on the itinerary ... is there a "Kosher Option"?

We can not guarantee that Kosher meals could be provided on our tours.

The style of cooking and food preparation in China does not lend itself to such specific requirements. Coupled with language difficulties that can be experienced in such a destination makes it very hard to communicate to a chef exactly what is required.

Often the same cooking utensils are used to prepare many meals and the dishes often contain meat and or fish sauces and the such like.
