Good Day!
I am planning a trip to Tibet, and I too have had concerns about Altitude Sickness. From the information I found about the topic, if one is in good health, stays well hydrated and is given time to acclimatise, you should be okay (although affects will be felt to a certain degree, and everyone reacts differently). I know that isn't much, but it certainly made me feel ... "braver".
