A few years ago, I guess it must have been at least 5 or 6 I travelled to India with Imaginative Traveller and had a wonderful tour leader called Lucy. Her picture was in the brochure a few years back, standing next to her camel.
Does anyone know where she ended up ? I meant to keep in contact but lost her address.
It was a brilliant trip - Rajasthan Safari - as Lucy took us well off the regular tourist trail. We ate in places I probably wouldn't have given a second glance on my own, but the food was always terrific.
The group was good too. We had one lady from Australia who'd never cycled before - she taught herself specially for the tour.
I can still feel the blisters from the camel safari, but it was also great - especially the food we got in the desert.
And Jaisalmer - wow.
