I'm travelling to Nepal next week for the first time and wondered if anyone could give me any advise or tips on what to pack/wear?
I plan to hire a down jacket and sleeping bad in Kathmandu is this easy and recommended?
As a female everything I have read has suggested that shorts are a bad idea and that long skirts would be better, but every photo I have seen has shown women in shorts. Are shorts acceptable or are you better off if you wear a skirt?
