The latest information we have on Nepal is as follows:
The foreign office has updated its information and is still advising against all holiday and non-essential travel to Nepal.
The report into the killings will be made public on the 14th June and it is unclear if this will cause more disturbances. In light of this we have made the decision to cancel the following tours:
HTTE - 24/06/01
HTOL - 05/07/01
Our consultants are in the process of contacting all clients involved.
Our contacts in Nepal are confident that subsequent tours will be going ahead and we have made no plans to cancel anymore tours.
For the time being there is little we can do apart from monitor how the situation develops. As always I will get the information onto the forums as soon as I can and will keep you updated as efficiently as possible.
