Hi there,

The situation in Nepal is at present calm and safe. The Foreign office is no longer advising against travel to this destination.

All tours with content in Nepal are fully expected to run as normal (except those mentioned in my previous post).

If there are any questions at all regarding what has happened in Nepal over the past three weeks you can either leave a post on this forum or contact me direct on the following address:

Re: Nepal - situation conclusion

Good time to go then...I heartily recommend the non treking tour(s)(not saying the treking tours are bad). I had an absolutely sensational time in Nepal in February Beautiful people, beautiful country, beautiful culture. Go now and there will be even less tourists. This is excepting Thamel of course.

Watch out for the Rhinos/Tigers in Chitwan National Park.
