I would just like to pass on my thanks to Imaginative Traveller for providing such a wonderful and thought provoking experience. The tour was a heady mix of the sights, sounds (and often smells) of India, it really allowed us to get an insight into the real life and vibrancy the country has to offer.

The mixture of pleasant modern hotels and the more unconventional heritage hotels added to the whole experience as did the more 'off the beaten track' locations. In each area the local guides excelled themselves and provided entertaining and informative descriptions of the sites.

What really made the tour was our Imtrav tour guide; Abhishek managed to keep our group fed, watered, entertained and punctual throughout the journey, he immediately made each of us feel welcome and part of a team and proved to have a wealth of knowledge on a wide range of subjects, often managing to give the official guides a run for their money.

All in all this was definately a trip to remember and lived up to all our expectations.
