Hi,
I'm interested in the Tibet Explorer trip but I'd like to know how much time is spent on the road. I am prone to travel sickness (although I went on the KON Egypt tour last year without any problems) and the trip looks like it has a lot of over-land travel?
Thanks,
Michael.

Re: Tibet
Hi,
The best way to get a lot of information about the Tibet trip is to take a look at the trip dossier. You'll find journey times listed as well as bit about the driving conditions.
There is a fair bit of 'overland' travel. Roads in Tibet are generally rough & unsealed and we travel by jeep. There's a lot of bouncing around at times.
If you suffer badly from travel sickness, this may not be the trip for you, but then again, you may be so distracted by the stunning scenery all around you that you don't feel sick at all.
