I'll be on your tour although I won't arrive until 1:25 am on the 23rd. Perhaps we could meet up early that day to check out the city together. I'm traveling alone and I'm from Toronto. I have a few places I'd like to see in Cairo that day, but it might be nice to have a friend along if you haven't already visited them since you're there earlier.
