Have just discovered that Indian Rupee and Vietnamese Dong are now available to purchase from some banks/money changers within Australia. This has only fairly recently changed, so thought I would update any fellow travellers this is the case. We were really happy to have some local currency available as we land in Delhi at 0230, and were not sure if we could money changed on arrival at that time of morning.We sourced our money at ANZ Royal Branch in Collins St Melbourne, but it should be available at other sites as well.
