Do you know how many people are booked onto this trip so far? My travel agent has told me it's a guaranteed departure so am hoping there are a few of you out there!

Thanks for booking on this tour and for posting on the forums!
At the moment there are 2 of you on the tour and one more "possible" (holding a place but has not paid yet).
We normally need 6 people to guarantee a tour, although sometimes they can be operated with fewer than this. It is possible that some people cancelled since your travel agent checked which is why the numbers dropped again.

Am sure there will be lots of people to celebrate your birthday - i will certainly be there! Am really looking forward to seeing China, at least a part of it.
My travel agent spoke to ImTrav today and unfortunately the trip is cancelled as there aren't enough people. I've already booked a round the world ticket so am going to look at other tour companies with guaranteed departures in China. Hope you manage to get another trip sorted out.
