Re: Anyone dived at Hurghada, Egypt ( I am going Oct)?
Hi there,
I would like to do something similar, however I haven't done a dive for around eight years and can't remember much. Would it be better to do a whole new course or would a few lessons be sufficient?
Cheers,
Renee

If you haven't dived for a while (anything over 6 months) you'll need to do a check dive in the pool with an instructor so that they are happy you know what you are doing.
If you get in touch with the dive centre ahead of time they can advise you on what's best.

Re: Anyone dived at Hurghada, Egypt ( I am going Oct)?
Hey
I've just done the felucca journey, and we had a whole day free in hurgada. Our tour leader (who was briliant) booked for all of us to go with Aquanaut. I payed 450 egyptian pounds, which included a boat for the whole day, lunch, equipment, an intro-dive, and the rest of the day snorkelling. Those who didn't dive paid 50 punds for the boat, lunch and snorkelling. I found Aquanaut very helpful.
Hope this is useful
