Hello. Can't wait to take off for this trip, and I would love to hear from anyone else who's going. It's my first trip to Morocco. I'm still debating whether to take a sleeping bag or just a sleeping sheet for the desert camping. Any thoughts on whether I'll freeze? Also, I plan on taking a skirt, but is mid-calf long enough, or should it reach past my ankles?
Thanks in advance for any tips.
Best,
Mary

It's a fab trip and you should be okay with just a sleeping sheet if you don't mind pulling any of the camel sheets over it in case you're cold! Actually, we didn't sleep in the tents provided but pulled our matrasses outside. I've posted some pics on my website!

Hello,
I would recommend to take a sleeping bag during the winter. During the summer a sleeping sheet should be fine.
What you should think about is how you react to temperature as people react differently. Light weight sleeping bags do not take up much room.
