Please don't worry about being alone. Once you meet up with your tour members you will find that there will be a number of the group who will be in the same position.

Great to know you are coming. Im so excited too.I cant spell Japenese much but am familiar with a few key words.
Im sure we will have a great time. I will be at the hotel meeting point on th 19/04/02 coming from Athens. If you arrive soner , let me know so we can do the tourist things together before the tour!

Hello Yasu,

Don't worry about language differences, you will be fine. You can trust your tour leaders to give you good advise & I'm certain that once your tour is underway you will quickly make friends with other group members.

Trying to communicate with others is one of the things that makes travelling interesting. I couldn't speak any arabic prior to my visit to Egypt. I soon picked up alittle of the langauge in 2 or 3 days.

I have to admit there were a couple of times when I wondered if I was doing the right thing travelling to the other side of the world alone. I too was worried about not being able to "chat" with Egyptian people, I soon found that it is only a barrier if you make it one.

So, go have a great time. Wish I could be there to see you enjoy yourself. Have a lemon juice for me...very refreshing. [img]http://www.imaginative-traveller.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]
