Cairo to Istanbul-reverse?

I'm primarily interested in Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Sinai, & possibly pyramids. Somehow I prefer start from Istanbul as I am planning to do in mid-August. Is it possible I can do something like 'Istanbul to Jerusalem' tour without Israel and add Egypt?
