Hi Folks
I'm booked to start the Moroccan Highlights tour on Saturday evening in Casablanca. I arrive on Thursday night and wondered if anybody had suggestions for what to do on Friday and Saturday.
If the tour doesn't include King Hassan II Mosque then I will go there on Saturday. Can anybody let me know if the Mosque is covered by the tour or not?

Re: Casablanca sightseeing
Hello,
Thanks for the post.
Yes the tour provides time to visit the King Hassan II Mosque as detailed in the Trip Dossier. You may also want to read the Country Dossier for further information.
However I would suggest you visit before if you have time so you can have a leisurely look round. On Saturday the entrance fee is 120 dirham and the last guided tour is at 14:00.
Re: Casablanca sightseeing
We did the Hassan II tour on our own in advance of the tour. It is best to go early to beat the crowds. Guided tours in English depart 9 or 10, I think....
I had extra time in Casa. I did not feel that Casa had too much to offer. We stumbled upon an unofficial guide and he gave us a good tour of the old medina. We visited the souk and stocked up on almonds and treats for our upcoming journey.
I also spent a day relaxing at La Corniche. It is touristy, but 55 Dirhams gains you access to pools, the ocean, etc. for a relaxing day.... The taxi ride there is about 25 Dirhams...
