At the departure hotel

Hi,

I'm taking an Imaginative Traveller tour in Egypt at the end of July and whilst I know I will be met at the airport and transferred to the departure hotel I was wondering what happens once I get there? Will the tour guide be waiting for me or how will I know what to do? If you could let me know that will be great. Thanks. Regards,Debbie.

Hi Debbie,

Thanks for your question.

When you get to the departure hotel you'll see an Imaginative Traveller noticeboard, which will have details attached advising you where and when to meet with your tour leader and the rest of your group on day 1. The meeting normally takes place at around 7pm on day 1. If you are arriving after this time your tour leader will leave you an additional note on the noticeboard or in your room.
