Is it possible on the Nile Valley & Red Sea trip to skip the day of snorkelling and go scuba diving instead? I assume I'd be paying for the diving.

Hi there,

Yes you will be able to go scuba diving, please bear with me while I clarify what the costs will be.

Re: Diving

Hi again,

An introductory dive (if you've never been before) will cost USD50.00

If you're PADI certified then a days diving (two dives) will cost USD35.00 plus USD15.00 to hire equipment.

Both are payable on arrival to the dive centre.

Re: Diving

Our trip Fellucca Journey went on the diving/snorkelling trip and had a scream!!.
The diving was excellent, and the guys who took us down (one at a time!) were very good. They really looked after us. The food on the boat was great.
Just a small tip, if you go snorkelling between diving make sure you either keep your wetsuit on or put plenty of suncream on your back.
Hope you see the dolphins, and maybe a few sharks.
