Hi,
Just trying to decide between the Nile Valley & Red Sea trip (Traveller) versus the River & Reef trip (Adventurer). The itinerary is pretty much the same so I guess it's down to the different classes of accommodation/transportation selected. Planning on taking this trip in late May. Wondering if anyone can help give me an idea of what to expect in either class of travel (ie. air conditioning, private bathrooms, twin share or multi share etc..)
Thanks in advance for your replies.
Cheers,
Audrey

Re: ETNV versus EARR
Hi Audrey,
The basic difference between the two styles of tour is that Traveller tours have a little more luxury than Adventurer tours.
Accommodation on Traveller is usually in 2-3 star hotels with en-suite facilities and air-con. Although at times there will be limited facilities we will always use the best available. It is also nearly always possible for us to provide a single supplement should you require it.
Transport on Traveller is varied; we use private coaches, private boats, sleeper trains and the occasional elephant to name but a few.
Our Adventurer style of travel offers grass roots travel with exceptional value for the things you'll experience during your time with us.
Accommodation on Adventurer is representative of your destination - monastery hostels, village houses and simple clean hotels are just a few examples. Usually these are arranged on a twin share basis though there may be occasions where triple or multi-share is necessary. A single supplement is not always available.
Transport again is varied, we use local trains and buses and occasionally, private vehicles though you're just as likely to find yourself on a camel, sailboat or bicycle.
Whatever style of tour you decide on you are guaranteed a memorable journey and the best possible value for your money.
