has anyone flown from oz to cairo on egypt air?
we're having trouble with flight schedules
and egypt air seems to fit in best with our plans.
i'd appreciate any feedback from anyone whose flown with them as to whether they're ok or pretty dodgy.

I flew over with Alitalia ....long way round but OK, but my friends flew over with Egyptair & were not at all happy. They also wanted to fly to Abu Simbel but were unable to get any response from Egyptair & had to book that flight with Im Trav.

I flew to SNG with Singapore and due to delays had to fly to London rather than Dubai and on to Cairo. The only way for me to get from London to Cairo was with Egypt Air. They were OK - not great - but OK. Service is pretty average though and if I had a choice I'd probably opt for someone else....but they aren't too dodgy, there weren't any goats in the aisle!

We have booked on Emirates and they seem to have a good schedule to Cairo stopping over in Dubai and Singapore.

Hi Sharon!
By now you have probably made your decision anyway but another option into Cairo might be Royal Jordanian?
Flew with the some years ago and found them OK and reasonable prices.
