Ours has already been shocked by the tragic death of a family member in a car accident. A young life lost way too soon, at a time when no one wants this sort of thing to happen.
So, please everyone, stay safe, enjoy your holidays, but most of all love one another, you just never know when you could lose a loved one or friend.
Thanks Imaginative Traveller for all your help in my endeavors to travel, has always been much appreciated. You forums site has helped me keep in touch with fellow travellers & also kept my travel dreams alive. Many, many thanks.

Many thanks for your kind thoughts. I wasn't really looking for sympathy, but I appreciate your support very much!
I was more voicing my thoughts that we all need to vocalise to our loved one's, just how much they mean to us. The fact that we worry about things that aren't really all that important...etc. If you get where I'm coming from. Maybe everyone should just take a step back, slow down, take a deep breath & enjoy their Christmas.
For me, I had the bright gleam of possible travel back to Egypt. And now I feel so low, not so sure about it now.
