I was wondering if mosquitoes would be an issue on this trip?

I've seen other posts that said they were a problem at night on the feluccas. But since this trip doesn't have feluccas I was wondering if I had to be concerned at all.

Hi,

Mosquitos should not cause you a problem as you will be on the cruise ship at night so they shouldn't bother you, unless you stay out on the deck at night.

Dear IT Traveller,
I was on the Nile cruise in June 2007 -- never saw a wee "buzzer" at any time -- that maybe the least of your worries.

Take lots of hand liquid and you will be fine (the money stinks and is dirty).

The cruise on the M/V Melodie is the very best - enjoy every moment! The sights are overwhelming -- you will wonder how they did it -- you won't worry about "bugs"...
