Thinking about organising a trip for the family to Egypt in December 07. My children will be 14, 16 and 19. A cruise on the Nile sounds attractive and I realise that most days are broken up by various trips but I'm worried that they may become bored if they are on the boat for several days. Is there a sameness about the scenery or does it change from day to day? Excuse my ignorance. Any advice appreciated.

Re: Nile cruise for teenagers
Hi Woofwoof,
Thanks for your question.
You would need to choose between one of our three family tours in Egypt, Pharaohs and Feluccas being the longest at 13 days in length. Naturally the scenery itself on the Nile remains similar as you travel up and down but that's not to say there is not loads to see and do whilst you are in Egypt and it's a very popular place for parents to take their children. There's far more to Egypt than the scenery along the Nile (which, in itself is fascinating) so this shouldn't be the deciding factor when you make your decision.
