I'm not on this trip with you, but am arriving in Cairo 17th Oct for the 18th Oct trip. I guess your group will be back in Cairo at this point for the end of your tour, so it would be great to catch up with you and learn about your experiences and any hints and tips you can share before I start mine if that's OK?

I am arriving on the 3rd and am just wondering what to do with my time before the tour starts.Not game to venture out alone so I'm considering doing the second day of the back streets tour like another traveller has mentioned. I'm hoping we have a fun group and can enjoy each others company. I am middle aged but young at heart and also very excited!

I was wondering what part of Australia you come from? I am located in Central Vic, near Bendigo. I am hoping someone from Oz can bring me back 2 bottles of a perfume called "After Midnight" from Egypt. You buy it in the souq's (markets).
I have not been online much recently due to the illness & death of my Father, so have not been responding to peoples questions etc.
