A friend and I are booked on your Deserts & Kasbahs tour on 26 May. Do we have to advise you of our flight airline and no if arriving the day before so we can be collected from the airport. Or is this already known to you as we have booked the extra nights accomm with you?

Thanks for your question.

I assume you have booked with our office in Australia or an Australian travel agent? If that's the case it is your booking agent that you need to advise of your flight arrival details.

We need to know flight number, airline, date of arrival, time of arrival and departure/connecting city. If your agent booked these for you then there's every chance that they have already added your airport transfer but it's best to double-check and update them ASAP just in case.
