i am looking forward to my sinai and sail trek adventure next week but the weather???
is it going to be cold in the early morning up sinai? any ideas on if i need to pack my fleece or will lighter clothing be ok?

Hi Linda.
The Ave. daily temperature for Cairo is 21C for February.
However, your ascent on Mt Sinai will be cold. You will be leaving in the wee hours and it will be cold enough for gloves, scarves and hats. You should figure on having a warm fleece and around 2 or 3 layers underneath.
When you reach the summit the sun will rise and with it the temperature, you'll find yourself stripping off those layers as quickly as you put them on.
