I have a couple of questions regarding this tour:

1. On day 7 or 8 - Is there time to ride out to the monestary?
2. On day 11 - is there time to visit Hatshpsut's temple?

On a separate note, has Nefetari's tomb been opened to the public again? If yes, is there time on day 11 to see this as well.

Thanks for your questions.

On day 7 there is time to ride out to the monastery and indeed many groups take the opportunity to do so; it takes about an hour on camel from memory.

On day 11 at the Valley of the Kings you'll also have time to visit Hatchepsut's temple.

I'm afraid Nefetari's tomb is however not currently open to the public, or at least, it wasn't the last time that I checked with our office in Cairo and they weren't sure when it would be re-opening again...
