Hi, I am travelling the Jordan/Egypt adventure in sept and just wondering how easy it is to obtain visas when I arrive. I arrive in Amman at about 150am and am travelling from Jordan to Egypt on land. Or is it best to try to obtain them before I leave? Thanks.

Hi Laurat07

The majority of nationalities can receive a single entry Jordanian visa on arrival, this is free of charge.

When you arrive into Egypt at Nuweiba ferry port you will be able to purchase an Egyptian visa for 15 USD (or equivalent in Egyptian pounds). This has been a straight forward process for a number of years now.
