What can I expect as weather for month of November. I have been told there is some rain--if so how much rain?

Re: Weather
Hi,
In Israel you should expect warm daytime temp in November, approx 23c. Evening in Jerusalem hits a low of 14c and north, lower.
Jordan is somewhat warmer with daytime temp around 25 and evening 16c. Desert & mountain regions (Petra) daytime 25/7c and evening 12-15c.
Egypt fairly high temps. Cairo early Nov is usually 28-30c and late Nov 25c. South Egypt Luxor etc, expect wonderfuly warm days of 28c average. And evening temp of around 18-20c. Having lived there for over eleven years I'm somewhat of an expect on the weather there!
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Well...it does rain. And who knows what will happen when you arrive! Why not prepare with a light cover, just in case!

Re: Weather
We've just got back from the Jordan Connection. For what it's worth, we had the sort of weather Marty described apart from in the Sinai where it was just +1C at night and very windy. It seemed to catch our tour leader by surprise - so be warned - it can get decidedly cold! A light fleece and/or windproof was all we needed for the rest of the time. It was great enjoy it!
