Just got back to work (boo) after a fantastic trip on the above tour. The desert was awesome, the people friendly, the sights fantastic, the food was great (don't believe the guide books, nothing wrong with the food - although they are right about the Green Soup). The other four people on the tour (Hi Guys!) were great fun, and our tour leader, Hazem.... Well, what can I say? The man's a genius. He really worked hard for us, and made the tour something to remember. Anyone who gets him as a tour leader is going to be in for a great time.
I'll be back soon, I enjoyed the desert so much (even in the August heat) that I am hoping to go back for the Qattara Depression tour sometime.
