Thinking of going to Sri Lanka this summer. Any comments (good or bad) from those that have previously been on this trip would be appreciated. What is the resort in Tangalle like?

I've never been there myself but a couple of friends who have been there have only said good things about the country. Many different great landscapes and many things to do and see. One of them mentioned an Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala which was amazing.
