Hi!

I have a few silly questions that I hope someone may be able to answer:

My husband and I are planning on working in Canada over winter next year and are wanting to do a few tours after we finish in April/May 2008. I am just starting to get info on what to do afterwards (a bit early I know, but I am a freak when it comes to organisation)

We are wanting to do the Nile Valley and Red Sea tour combined with the Alexandria extension.

My question is, that is if we book when we are over there in Canada (and assuming that there is the same discount that applies as this year) can we get the discount if we book through a travel agent?

Or if it is better to book over the net to get the discount, will it be easy to get our documentation sent to our location in Canada, even though we are Australian citizens??

I will probably have heaps of questions, but these are just the first few that came to my head!!

Thanks for your questions. You raise some interesting points.

If you are living in Canada at the time of booking you will need to book through our Canadian agent:

You can do so by contacting them directly or by booking online (in which case your booking form will be forwarded to them automatically). All discounts available on tours are available whether booked directly with us or through one of our agents unless otherwise stated.

The current 15% discount is available on all tours departing in 2007 if you book and pay a deposit before the 15th December. There are not currently any discounts available for booking a tour in 2008 although you could take advantage of our new early bird discount of 5% if you book 6 months in advance (this can be combined with the 5% past client discount to give you 10% off if you have travelled with us before).

Thanks Brendan, that definately helps!!!

I don't have any more questions at the moment, I'm just wishing time would speed up, as I'm so excited about our big holiday next year (it's still too far away!!)
