Hi
I'm planning to go on the Thailand Encompassed tour in August with my 2 friends.
I'm concerned that with there being 3 of us it will make accomodation difficult, as none of us wish to be on our own.
Will it be possible to get accomodation where all 3 of us can stay in the same room?
Thanks very much!

Re: 3 people in thailand
Hi DOT
The accommodation in the hotels and beach bungalows for this tour are arranged on a twin share basis where possible. Your tour leader can try to organise a multi-share room for you, but this can not always be guaranteed!
If this can not be done, therefore leaving an odd one in your party of 3, then he/she will be "roomed" with another group member of the same sex.
He or she will not be in a room on their own, as single room arrangements are not available on this trip, unless there is no one else to share with!
The accommodation on the sleeper trains are 'single compartments.
I will however check with the Destination Manager in Thailand for you, and see what he says.
Will come back to you as soon as I know for sure!

Re: 3 people in thailand
Hi DOT,
Me again!
I have heard back from 'Roachie' our main man in Thailand, who says sharing 3 to a room in the hotels shouldn't be a problem as you can have an extra 'portable' bed put in.
No worries there, but this will however make the room a lot smaller because they aren't really designed for three people!
The beach bungalows only have one big mattress in them so it might be a bit of a squeeze... You could however, rent another bungalow at Koh Pha Ngan.
