I was looking into booking the Nubian Sailtrek for a few months from now. I was wondering if it was possible to sign up now, and then notify Imag Trav of my address change ( I will be studying in the Netherlands this fall) when I get to school. Also, How reliable is it to get your visa at the Cairo airport, because I am going to be leaving the US in about a week and I wont have enough time to send my passport into the consulate. Any information you could give me I would greatly appreciate. Thank you for your help, Scott

If you want to book now, then let us have the details of your new address at a later date, that's fine. If you're booking from the US, you should contact one of our agents there. You can find details of these by clicking on the link below.

Although it's usually possible to get your visa on arrival, we do recommend that you obtain it beforehand. However, if this is not possible, you should contact your nearest Egyptian Embassy to check that it's still possible to get a visa on arrival.
