Airport arrival

I'm booked on the Nile Valley/Red Sea tour on Nov 12 and I want to make sure that someone is meeting me when I arrive. The website states that passport number is needed, I'm not sure if my travel agent took that info from me when I booked. Is there a way to make sure I'm being met? I have the voucher but I'm a little paranoid about being missed at 1am at the airport.

Hi Laura,

I have checked your booking and you may rest assured that your arrival transfer in Cairo has been booked.

There is no need to worry whether your agent in Canada took your passport details. As long as they know your flight details, then this information will have been passed on to your tour leader who will be aware of the time you disembark and therefore able to meet you.

In Cairo there will be an Imaginative traveller representative waiting for you (carrying an Imaginative Traveller sign)before you go through customs and immigration.
