Airport transfer

Hi,

I'm part of the May 15 Wilderness Adventure tour (Thailand) and land in Bangkok at 10:30 PM on May 15. My tour agent told me that someone would be waiting for me to take me to the meeting point.

My only concern is that I land late in the evening and that this person will not be at the airport. Is there a way you can check on this?
