I am joining the Amazon Explorer trip on 20 July in Rio.

I have a day or so on my own in Rio before meeting the rest of my group and am aware that once we meet up we have a day together in Rio.

I am wondering if you can shed any light on what the group might do together on 21 July - in order that I don't do all the same things on my own a couple of days before!

Thanks for your question.

The 2nd day of your tour is quite open and there are no planned tours or excursions. The decision will be made on the day according to the wishes of the group and you can either stick together or go off and do your own thing on this day, leaving you with a clean slate the day before to go and see whatever you want to see.

Sorry to be so ambiguous but that is the case!
