I'm getting ready to head off to China in a little over a month. My travel agent has already forwarded me the confirmation of services that you sent her so I could get my visa (it's on it's way! woo hoo!). Is there any other documentation I'm supposed to get from the travel agent (or directly from you guys) such as hotel vouchers, transportation tickets or a voucher for the airport transfer to the hotel in Beijing?

Your travel agent should have provided you with confirmation as to a hotel voucher if you booked a pre- or post-tour room as well as a voucher for the airport transfer (your agent must provide ImTrav with your airline information in order to arrange the transfer).
Check with your travel agent to ensure that they have provided this information to ImTrav. Having travelled with ImTrav three times now, I have always received this in the package (about a month before my departure date).

1 month before departure we will send your final documents (vouchers/pre depature info etc) to your agent and they will forward them on to you.
You just need to sit back and look forward to your trip!
