i'm planning a tour in india called "images of the deep south" starting on dec 31, arrival on chennai airport. I wonder, if there will be a tour guide to pick up people at the airport and brings them to the hotel. or will I have to do this on my own.

Good morning,

All clients joining our group tours and arriving on day 1 (or before once extra accommodation is booked through us) receive a transfer from the airport to the hotel starting point.

If you have booked your flight please ensure your agent has all the details and the agent will pass them to us. You will be met inside the arrival hall. Please watch for 'The Imaginative Traveller' sign held by our representative.

(Transfers in hong Kong & Israel are NOT included)
