Arrival transfer

Hi
quick question: im arriving on the 26th march in the morning for the singapore to bangkok tour starting on the 27th march- i was wondering- do i need to contact anyone regarding the transfer from the airport- as my travel agent told me i have a transfer included if i am stopping over at the im. traveller hotel - and i want to make sure that i will be met as i am a lone traveller!

Thank you for your post. Without knowing your full booking details I cannot check if we have you a transfer booked. However as you have booked through a travel agent you should contact the agent to see if you have a transfer on the booking - they will be able to put your mind at rest and explain how the transfer works.
