arrival transfer - Hanoi

hello,
i'm leaving for the Hanoi to Singapore trip soon and can't remember if i've arranged an arrival transfer at Hanoi airport. Is there any way I can find out if i did? I realise that it is now too late to organise one if I haven't, as the tour starts next Saturday.
